JIEES aims to publish researches on every aspect of the Eastern Europe and its nations in order to brighten history, culture, politics etc. of the region. The journal also aims to put all the researchers on Eastern Europe together in a platform called Platform of International Estern European Studies. 

Articles on history, culture, ethnology, linguistik, politics and developments of Eastern European countries and nations are accepted.
