Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış: Tekstil Sektöründen Bir Örnek

Abstract

Kurumların çevre dostu olmaları, çevreye duyarlı davranmalarına yeşil örgütsel davranış denilmektedir. Bireylerde olduğu gibi, kurumların da çevreye duyarlı davranmaları önemlidir. Eldeki kaynakların en verimli biçimde kullanılması, su ve enerjiden tasarruf edilmesi, atıkların azaltılması, geri dönüşüme özen gösterilmesi gibi davranışlar yeşil davranışa örnektir.
Bu çalışmada, yeşil davranışa örnek teşkil edebilecek “Circle of Life” markası incelenmiş, markanın çevreye duyarlı davranışları ele alınmıştır. Markadaki yetkili kişiden bilgi ve gerekli izin alınmış olup, bu doğrultuda çalışma yeşil davranış örneği olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Firmanın çevreye önem verdiği ve çevreye duyarlı davranışları benimsediği görülmüştür.

Green Organizational Behavior: An Example From The Textile Industry

Abstract

When institutions think the environment and behave sensitive to the environment, it is called green organizational behavior. Like individuals, it is also important for institutions to behave sensitively to the environment. Using resources efficiently, saving water, energy, reducing waste, paying attention to recycling are all examples of green behavior.
In this study, it was examined Circle of Life brand, and the brand’s environmentally sensitive behaviors were discussed. Information and necessary permission were obtained from the authorized person in the brand, and the study was carried out in this direction. It was seen that the company is sensitive to the environment and also adopts green organizational behavior.
