Manuscript Writing Rules



1. Manuscript Structure
  • 1.1. Title: The title should be concise, clear, and reflective of the manuscript's content. It should not exceed 20 words.
  • 1.2. Abstract: The abstract should provide a summary of the research, including objectives, methods, results, and conclusions, within 150-250 words.
  • 1.3. Keywords: Authors should provide 4-6 relevant keywords.
  • 1.4. Introduction: Clearly state the background, research gap, and objectives of the study.
  • 1.5. Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection methods, and analysis procedures in sufficient detail for reproducibility.
  • 1.6. Results: Present findings clearly with appropriate tables, figures, and statistical analyses.
  • 1.7. Discussion: Interpret results in relation to previous research, highlighting contributions and implications.
  • 1.8. Conclusion: Summarize key findings, contributions, and future research directions.
  • 1.9. References: Follow the journal’s reference format strictly (IEEE format - guidelines).

2. Formatting Guidelines
  • 2.1. Manuscript Length: Full-length articles should be between 5,000-8,000 words, including references.
  • 2.2. Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5-spaced.
  • 2.3. Headings: Use a structured heading format (e.g., 1., 1.1., 1.1.1.).
  • 2.4. Tables & Figures: Each table and figure must have a caption and be numbered consecutively. Figures should be in high resolution (300 dpi minimum).

3. Citation and References
  • 3.1. References: References should be cited in-text using a consistent citation style.
  • 3.2. Bibliography: All references should be included in the bibliography and formatted per journal guidelines.

4. Ethical Considerations
  • 4.1. Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism (checked via plagiarism detection software).
  • 4.2. Authorship: All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the work.
  • 4.3. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • 4.4. Human & Animal Studies: Studies involving human or animal subjects must include ethical approval details.

5. Submission Process
  • 5.1. Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
  • 5.2. Cover Letter: Authors must include a cover letter outlining the manuscript’s contribution and novelty.
  • 5.3. Peer-review Process: All submissions undergo a double-blind peer-review.
  • 5.4. Revisions: Authors are expected to address reviewer comments and submit a revised manuscript within the given deadline.
