The submitted manuscripts are first evaluated in terms of compliance with the spelling rules of the journal, and the works that are not prepared in accordance with the spelling rules are returned to the author for correction.
Authors should strictly avoid plagiarism. Plagiarism, which is at the top of the scientific ethical problems, is the republishing of a previously published publication (which may be the author's own publication) without reference to all or part of it, and republishing it as a new publication.
In order to prevent plagiarism, a plagiarism report is obtained using a widely accepted plagiarism software.
The publications, which are determined by the editorial to comply with the spelling rules and have no plagiarism problem, are sent to two academicians who are experts in their fields, determined by the editor from the Dergipark system.
The referees convey their opinion on the publication sent to them to the journal editor via the system. If one of the referees gives a negative opinion and the other a positive opinion, the publication is sent to a third referee and evaluated on the basis of majority.
For an article to be published in our journal, it must receive two positive reports. However, the final decision on the publication of the article belongs to the editorial board.
Completion of Evaluation of the Study:
The editor completes the evaluation of the study by taking into account the "Referee Evaluation Form", "General Evaluation Result of the Study" and "Decision for Publication of the Study" filled by the referees.
