According to the Law of Intellectual Property Rights with Number 5846, all rights of the published or accepted articles belong to TurkStat and these articles not be produced and distributed by means of legal persons without the permission of TurkStat.

Athors of the articles may not request a charge from TurkStat or Journal Editor for their articles to be published in the Journal. Together with the application, "Copyright Transfer Agreement Form" must be signed with wet signature by all authors and sent to journal@tuik.gov.tr e-mail address.

For the article to be published, it must be approved by all co-authors.
