The aim of this research is to determine the quality perceptions of the activity of the audiences participating in the Ice Hockey 18 Under-18 World Championship event. The scale used in the study was developed by Ko (2011) and adapted to Turkish by Şimşek (2013). The sample of the research consists of 252 spectators chosen by random sampling method. The subscales of the Quality Perception Scale of the event are the mean and Standard deviation descriptive statistics; Mann Whitney test was used for sub-dimensions; Kruskal Wallis H test. As a result, in the game sub-dimension, it is seen that the satisfaction of the match times is high, and the lack of memorability in reaching daily information about teams and events. Satisfaction with food quality was high in the service increase subscale, and dissatisfaction with food diversity. It has been seen that there is a high level of satisfaction in the fact that the personel involved in the interaction sub-dimension are friendly, and that dissatisfaction with the speed and unsatisfactory nature of the problems is seen. In the result sub-dimension, it was seen that satisfaction towards social interaction is at a high level, at least it is at the level of activity end.
