The content published in Maltepe Medical Journal is protected by copyright. Copyright protection is automatically applied to any original work as soon as it is published in the journal. It is not necessary to have the © symbol next to the work in order to be protected by copyright.
Maltepe Medical Journal does not charge article submission, processing and printing fees from authors. After the article is published, it is freely read and reused.
"Copyright Agreement" is signed by the authors while applying to the journal. It is uploaded to the system together with the article by the corresponding author. By signing this form, they agree to waive the copyright of the article and assume responsibility. Hereby, the copyright of the article has been transferred to Maltepe Medical Journal. Maltepe Medical Journal Editorship was authorized to publish the article. The authors agree that if the article is accepted for publication by Maltepe Medical Journal, it will be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0) International License, which allows third parties to share and adapt the materials.
However, the following rights are reserved by the authors (In all cases below, full attribution must be made to the publication of the article by Maltepe Medical Journal):
1. Patent etc. except copyright. all registered rights.
