İzleyicilerin Pozitif ve Negatif Duygularının Liderin Hız ve Etkililiği üzerindeki Etkisi

Abstract



















Bir liderin hızlı ve etkili olmasında etkili olan
faktörlerden biri izleyicilerin içerisinde bulunduğu duygu durumudur. İzleyicilerin
duygu durumu duygusal bulaşma yoluyla lidere geçmekte ve dolayısıyla onun hızı
ve etkililiği üzerinde bir etki yaratmaktadır. Bu durumun varlığını test etmek
amacıyla Mersin İlinde faaliyet gösteren bir devlet kurumunda çalışan 86
personele anket uygulanmış, anket sonucunda elde edilen verilerin
değerlendirilmesi sonucunda ise şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın
sonucunda izleyicilerin pozitif duyguları ile liderlerinin hız
ve etkililiği arasında pozitif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu
saptanmış, bunun yanında izleyicilerin negatif duyguları ile liderlerinin
etkililiği arasında ise negatif yönde ve orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu
belirlenmiştir. İzleyicilerin negatif duyguları ile liderlerinin hızı arasında ise
istatistiki olarak herhangi bir anlamlı ilişki bulunamamıştır.
