Dr. Bashar Alkhalidi holds aPh.D. degree in Industrial Pharmacy from UCM in Spain with an honor degree, he currently works as an Associate professor of Pharmaceutics and Drug Delivery at p the University of Jordan. Jordanian FDA. i g y Dr. Alkhalidi has participated actively in community service through working with Jordanian FDA Dr. Alkhalidi works as Consultant and Trainer to the local and regional pharmaceutical industry in field of dosage form development, quality g p q y management and GMP inspection. Dr. Alkhalidi has many scientific publications in the field of pharmaceutics, formulation and drug delivery. Recently he accomplished a project with PwC as Recently he accomplished a project with PwC as a SME.
Professor Antony C. Calokerinos received his B.Sc. in Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and his Master of Science (Analytical Chemistry) and Doctor of Philosophy (Chemistry) from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. He has also visited the University of Hull, U.K. for postdoctoral studies.
His teaching duties include Analytical Chemistry at the undergraduate level and Advanced Analytical Chemistry, Statistical Treatment of Analytical Results, Chemical Instrumentation and Quality Control of Packaging Materials at the postgraduate level. He is also giving postgraduate lectures at the International Academic and Research Institute “Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania”.
His current research interests are focused on antioxidant activity and quality control of natural products, and he is the author and co-author of 150 original research papers in peer reviewed International Scientific Journals. He has been Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Member of the Scientific Committee of 15 International Scientific Conferences and has presented over 20 Invited Lectures in International Scientific Conferences.
He has served as Deputy Rector of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “University of Athens Property Development and Management Company”, Deputy Chairman and Chairman, Director of Section I and Director of the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry of the Department of Chemistry.
Meltem Çetin is a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Atatürk University. She specializes in nano-sized drug delivery systems and has been lecturing at this university for approximately 20 years. Over her academic career, she has published 34 articles in SCIE-indexed journals and has participated as a project manager or researcher in many scientific research projects.
