This research was carried out in randomized
block experiment design with three replications in Eskişehir Transitional Zone
Agricultural Research Institute Central Campus in 2016-2017 production seasons.
In the rainfed condition experiment, 5 control varieties (Karizma, Artico,
Bayraktar 2000, Karahan 99, and 79) and 20 lines which were selected from
breeding material of Eskişehir Transitional Generation Agricultural Research
Institute were used as material. In irrigated conditions 5 standard varieties
(Karizma, Artico, Cetinel 2000, Eser and Goksu 99), 20 lines which were
distinguished with their and biscuit qualities were used as material in the experiment.
Grain yield, weight of thousand grain, grain hardness (HI), test weight, flour
protein content, Zeleny sedimentation, amount of damaged starch, flour yield,
solvent (lactic acid) retention capacity, biscuit diameter, biscuit thickness,
biscuit weight, spreading factor as a result of and three point biscuit
breaking test, biscuit hardness and biscuit fracturability values were
measured. When all data are evaluated; 16 and 24
lines in rained condition and 23 and 7 lines in irrigated condition were found
to be prominent in terms of grain yield and biscuit quality.
