Authors must cooperate with the editorial and peer review process and respond to revision requests in a timely manner.

2. Ethical Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers must provide an objective, fair, and confidential assessment of the manuscript.

Reviews should be constructive and professional, focusing on the content rather than personal opinions.

Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest and decline to review if they cannot provide an unbiased assessment.

Any suspicion of ethical misconduct (e.g., plagiarism or falsification) must be reported to the editor.

Reviewers should complete their evaluations within the given timeframe and respect confidentiality.
