Author's Copyright Selcuk Journal of Tourism and Information Research has not required authors of journal articles to transfer copyright to the journal since 2022. Authors (or their employers) retain copyright in their articles. The only requirement is that our authors accept publication under the CC BY-NC license. All articles published by the Selcuk Journal of Tourism and Information Research (regardless of who financed the research) are published as open access and are allowed to be reused in accordance with the CC BY-NC open-access license terms.

Authors retain copyright of their works published in Selçuk Tourism and Information Research Journal, and their works are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) license. 1. When authors upload their work to our online system, they read and approve the copyright agreement (Copyright Agreement) stated below in the journal system.

4. They confirm that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted article,

5. They affirm that the article has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication,

6. They acknowledge and undertake that the text, figures, and documents in the article do not violate the copyrights of other individuals.

7. Authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify themselves as the original publisher.

8. Authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely, as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.

9. Nothing in this license shall be deemed to compromise or restrict the author's right to preserve and assert the integrity and ownership of their work.

10. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.

The Selcuk Journal of Tourism and Information Research has been publishing all academic articles under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license since its first issue in 2022.
