1) This journal uses double-blind review.


2) The article is examined by the assistant editors, and sent back to the author if necessary.

3) Manuscripts corrected by the author are sent to at least two reviewers.

4) Articles that receive a positive opinion by at least two reviewers in line with the reports from the referees are queued for publication.

5) If necessary, a correction may be requested from the authors. In this case, the corrections should be completed within at least 3 weeks.

6) Manuscripts accepted for publication are placed in the order of publication with the editor's approval.
