Researchers who want to submit their work to our journal must make sure that they comply with the spelling rules in our journal's author guide before uploading their articles to the system. Important Dates:

Four issues are published annually (as of 2024)

Spring (March): Last article submission date is February 15

Summer (June): Last article submission date is May 15

Autumn (September): Last article acceptance date is August 15

Winter (December): Last article submission date is November 15

NOTE: Articles submitted after the submission deadline for the relevant issue are taken into consideration for the next issue.
If the predicted number of articles for the relevant issue is reached, the articles are taken into consideration for the next issue. The dates given for article acceptance do not mean that the work will be ready for the next issue. It is not possible to make predictions for any article whose referee process has not been completed. There is absolutely no pressure on our referees in this regard. (21.11.2023)

Additionally, UDEKAD does not accept specific articles for the issue. The referee evaluation process of the studies uploaded to the system is initiated and the studies that receive approval after the evaluation are included in the "To be Published" list. While the next issue is being published, a certain number of studies are published in order of priority.
It is ABSOLUTELY impossible to guarantee a certain number or duration for works uploaded through the system and whose publication process has been completed positively.
