Abstract

Stress fracture is an overuse injury to the bone that is common in athletes and the military population. It is frequently seen in the tibia and metatarsals. In this article, a case of multiple stress fractures of the right inferior pubic ramus, right acetabulum and left tibia metaphysis, which were treated conservatively in a 25-year-old female athlete, was presented and predisposing factors, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation approaches in athletes with multiple stress fractures were discussed in the light of the literature.
