Banka Çalışanlarında Tükenmişlik ve Beş Büyük Kişilik Özellikleri Arasındaki İlişki: Bir Alan Araştırması

Abstract
ÖZ
Çalışmada bireylerin kişilik özellikleri ve tükenmişlik düzeyleri tespit edilerek kişilik özelliklerinin tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın söz konusu amacı doğrultusunda Eylül 2014-Mart 2015 tarihleri arasında Güney Marmara Bölgesinde bulunan Bursa, Çanakkale ve Balıkesir illerindeki 412 banka çalışanından toplanan veriler kullanılmıştır. Bu çerçevede yapılan çalışma sonucunda tükenmişlik değişkeni istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde beş büyük kişilik boyutlarından dışadönüklük, nevrotiklik ve sorumluluk boyutlarından etkilenmektedir. Uyumluluk ve açık görüşlülük boyutlarının etkileri anlamlı olarak bulunmamıştır. Banka çalışanlarının dışadönüklük ve sorumluluk özelliklerine sahip olması onların tükenmişliğe uğramalarını azaltıcı, nevrotiklik özelliklerine sahip olmaları ise tükenmişlik düzeylerini arttırıcı bir unsur olarak bulunmuştur.
