2009 yılında Gazi Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi Ekonometri Bölümü’nden mezun oldu. Yüksek lisans eğitimini 2011 yılında Leicester Üniversitesi’nde tamamlayan İsmail Kavaz, doktora derecesini 2018 yılında Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi’nde hazırladığı “Türkiye için Enerji Talebi Modellemesi ve Tahmini” başlıklı teziyle aldı. Çalışma alanları arasında enerji politikaları, enerji kaynakları, verimlilik ve enerji talebi konuları bulunmaktadır. Halen Fırat Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi'nde öğretim üyesi olarak çalışmaktadır.
Mehmet Metin Dam is a multidisciplinary researcher with a Master’s degree in Economic Science from Selcuk University (Turkey) and a PhD in Environmental Economics from Aydin Adnan Menderes University (Turkey). He is currently working as an Associate Professor at Aydin Adnan Menderes University in Turkey. His research interests include Environmental economics, Climate change, Environmental health, Environmental modeling, Environmental policy, Sustainable development, Air Pollution and Sustainable environmental management. He has published more than 40 articles and more than 10 books and book chapters, although some of his recent articles are S/ SCI-E journal articles.
Junus Ganiev, yüksek lisans ve doktora derecelerini Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi İktisat Bölümü'nden almıştır. Yüksek lisans tezini enflasyon dinamikleri, doktora tezini ise yolsuzluk üzerine yapmıştır. Para politikası, uluslararası ekonomik ilişkiler, ekonomik büyüme ve kalkınma konularında araştırmalar yapmaktadır. Birçok ülkede uluslararası konferanslara katılmıştır. Dergi makaleleri, kitap bölümleri, kitapları, konferans bildirileri bulunmaktadır. Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi İktisat Bölümü'nde tam zamanlı Yardımcı Doçent olarak görev yapmaktadır.
Damira Baigonushova, Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi, İktisat Bölümü’nde yardımcı doçent olarak görev yapmaktadır. Yüksek lisans ve doktora derecelerini Kırgızistan-Türkiye Manas Üniversitesi’nde İktisat alanında almıştır. Doktora tezini Kırgızistan ekonomisinde ikiz açıkların nedenleri ve sorunları üzerine yapmıştır. Araştırma alanları arasında uluslararası ticaret, göçmen işçi havaleleri, dış borç ve ekonomik büyüme bulunmaktadır. Ulusal ve uluslararası hakemli dergilerde ve konferans bildirilerinde yayımlanmış çalışmaları vardır. ORCID numarası 0000-0002-9740-0021’dir.

Mehmet Asutay is a Professor of Middle Eastern and Islamic Political Economy & Finance at the Durham University Business School and the Director of the Durham Centre in Islamic Economics and Finance.
Mehmet’s teaching, research, publication, and supervision of research is all in Islamic moral economy/Islamic economics, Islamic political economy, Islamic finance and banking, Islamic governance and management, Islamic social welfare institutions, and the Middle Eastern political economies.
His articles on his research interests have appeared in various international academic journals and professional magazines. He has also published manuscripts and edited books on aspects of Islamic moral economy and Islamic finance.
Mehmet has acted as a consultant to COMCEC (part of OIC), CIBAFI and UNDP-IICPSD on various projects and was also a member of the Board of Directors of Albaraka Turk Participation Bank from 2018-2020.
Mehmet has recently been engaged in a project (The Invisible Ceiling: Muslim Immigrant Entrepreneurs Navigate Norway’s Financial Environment – funded by the Norwegian Research Council) - aiming to develop entrepreneurship culture among Muslim refugees and immigrants through various instruments of Islamic finance. The project proposes blended financing involving Islamic commercial finance as well as Islamic social finance in empowering Muslim refugees and immigrants. Mehmet has been involved in a UNDP project to develop Islamic microfinance instruments in Afghanistan. He completed projects for CIBAFI in developing the Sustainable Development Guide for Islamic Financial Institutions and for UNDP in developing an MOOC training programme in Islamic Finance for SDGs.
Mehmet is the editor-in-chief of the American Journal of Islam and Society, the International Journal of Islamic Economics and Finance Studies, and the Review of Islamic Economics. Mehmet is also a Board Member of the International Association for Islamic Economics.
Mehmet is the 2024 Laureate of IsDB (Islamic Development Bank) Prize for Impactful Achievement in Islamic Economics for recognition of his novel work on Islamic moral economy and the articulation of Islamic finance to be supportive of sustainable development and the welfare of human beings.

• Professor, HabDoc in Sociology and Linguistics, working as Professor in National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. Author of more than 300 works published worldwide. Her subject area includes sociology of internet, social media, psycholinguistics, Internet and Gender Studies. She participates in more than 20 international projects in education, gender and internet research and development. She also worked in Social and Behavioural Sciences Department of National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in Ukraine. The latest project is devoted to “Media Literacy and Access to Trusted Information during the War in Ukraine” (UNESCO) where she is a coordinator from Ukraine.
