The majority of children with meningomyelocele are exposed to neurogenic bladder dysfunction. Clean intermittent catheterization (CIC) is now widely used for the urological treatment of patients with this type of neurogenic bladder dysfunction. In this case report, we aimed to report 'no touch-touch free’ catheter material detected in the bladder during the investigation of resistant urinary tract infection of a 17-year-old girl with meningomyelocele who performed CIC.
