The aim of this study is to explain the green human resources management scale structure and to examine its validity and reliability and to adapt it into Turkish. For this purpose, after achieving face and content validation, translation and back-translations were made and linguistic equivalence analyzes were completed. Then, data was collected from 237 people working as managers in various sectors. For construct validity, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. For convergent, predictive and concurrent validity, relation between the Green Human Resources Management scale and job satisfaction and social responsibility, which have similar concepts, has been examined by correlation and regression analysis. Two tests performed at different times strongly correlates, which means that test-retest reliability has been ensured. As a result, all findings of analyses suggest that the Turkish version of the Green Human Resources Management Scale is valid and reliable.
