Retail sector is a considerably important sector which improves and provides job creations; however one of the important problems of many human resources specialists is personnel satisfaction. Human resource professionals take many actions to increase employee satisfaction and look for different sources to find ways which increase clerk satisfaction. Unlike the previous researches this research analyses the relationship between personnel satisfaction and demographic characteristics and. proves that in the textile retail industry, the sales consultants’ personnel satisfaction except the education level has no relation versus age, marital status, retail experience, total work experience and having a child., it is also proved that all measured satisfaction criteria have a significant relation
