Söz konusu amaç doğrultusunda, Web of Science veri tabanında yer alan ve dâhil etme ölçütlerini karşılayan 22 makale üzerinde VOSviewer programı kullanılarak bibliyometrik analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Coming to the agenda after the worldwide Covid-19 epidemic; Studies on the concept of silent resignation, which is defined as "leaving the job mentally, if not physically", are frequently researched in the management literature. The purpose of this research is to examine the articles published on silent resignation using the bibliometric analysis method. For this purpose, bibliometric analyzes were carried out using the VOSviewer program on 22 articles in the Web of Science database that met the inclusion criteria. In this context, descriptive analyzes were carried out regarding year, country, author and citation status in studies dealing with the concept of silent resignation. In related studies, word-based network mapping and clustering techniques were used for keywords, co-authorship, institution and common citations. The research findings reflect the development and trend in the literature on the concept of silent resignation, which is one of the current issues in the field of management. Research findings show that inability to establish work-life balance, burnout and lack of motivation cause silent resignation. In addition, it is seen that silent resignation behavior causes low performance, low organizational commitment, dissatisfaction and turnover in organizations. Research emphasizes that it is important to improve working conditions, reduce excessive workload, organize flexible working conditions and develop a new organizational culture that increases motivation in order to prevent silent resignation behavior in the organization. This research; It is thought that it will contribute to future studies in terms of identifying and guiding possible gaps in the relevant literature.
