Process before reviewers evaluation:
1- Author (s) send their work to the journal via the Dergipark platform.
2- The editorial board evaluates whether the work is readable, complete, and original within 15 days, in line with the publication policy of the journal.
3- The editorial board takes the studies that have the above features to the evaluation stage in line with the double-blind refereeing system or sends the study back via the Dergipark platform by presenting their justifications to the author(s).
Referee evaluation process:
1- After the editorial board determines the studies that will enter the referee evaluation process, they forward the study to the referee to be submitted to the evaluation of at least two referees.
2- The referees have 15 days to respond to the invitation. If the referees do not respond to the invitation, the invitation will be sent to the referees again so that they can respond within an additional 7 days.
3- If the invitation is not accepted by one or both referees, the invitation is forwarded to the new referees so that the work can be evaluated by two referees.
4- After the invitation is accepted, the evaluation period of the referees is 14 days. If the referees do not evaluate the study within 14 days, an additional 7 days is given. The referees make their evaluations through the referee evaluation form created by the editorial board of the International IJEIR.
5- After the study is evaluated by the referees, the study is sent to the author(s) in such a way that they cannot see the referee's names and the author(s) make the necessary arrangements.
6- In case of an acceptance-rejection conflict between the referees, the study can be published, rejected, or forwarded to a third referee with the approval of the editorial board.
Post-referee evaluation process:
1- The editor asks the author to make the necessary changes and upload the revised file according to the evaluation results from the referees, or the article may be given a "Reject" decision according to the status of the evaluation results.
2- Spelling Rule Check is also done in this step.
3- The editor accepts the article after the positive result of the referee evaluation after the revision and starts editing. After editing, the Journal publishes the author or authors' article in the next issue or in the Early view of the issue. Process before referee evaluation:
