A research on health care professi̇onalsto determinet the Effect of job characteri̇sti̇cs on individual job performance

Öz

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of job characteristics on individual job performance, especially in terms of healthcare employees. It is an important information that which job characteristics are effective on which performance type of healthcare personnel working under difficult conditions. Survey was used as a data collection method in this study. The questionnaire created in the research was conducted on 527 healthcare employees. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the sub-dimensions of the job characteristics positively affect all the sub-dimensions of the task identity and friendship of the individual work performance. In addition, it was concluded that autonomy negatively affects the counterproductive work behavior, feedback affects the task performance positively, and the variety positively affects the task performance and contextual performance.

İş karakteristiklerinin bireysel iş performansı üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeye yönelik sağlık çalışanları üzerinde bir araştırma

Öz

Bu araştırmanın amacı, iş karakteristiklerinin bireysel iş performansı üzerindeki etkisini özellikle sağlık çalışanları açısından belirlemektir. Zor şartlar altında çalışan sağlık personelinin hangi performans türü üzerinde hangi iş karakteristiğinin etkili olduğu önemli bir bilgidir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma, kamu ve özel hastanelerden tesadüfi olarak seçilen 527 katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi sonuçlarına göre; iş karakteristiklerinin alt boyutlarından işin kimliği ve arkadaşlığın bireysel iş performansının tüm alt boyutlarını pozitif yönde etkilediği görülmüştür. Ayrıca özerkliğin zarar verici iş davranışını negatif yönde etkilediği, geri bildirimin görev performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği, beceri çeşitliliğinin ise görev ve içerik performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
