Öz
Bu çalışmanın amacı organizasyonlarda bilgi yönetim yeteneği
ve girişimcilik stratejisi geliştirme yeteneği arasındaki ilişkiyi
araştırmaktır. Türkiye’deki mevcut ve faal durumda olan 18 serbest bölgedeki
üretim, patent ve Ar-Ge çalışması yapan inovatif-girişimci işletmeler bu
çalışmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan işletmelere mail
yoluyla anket gönderilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturan 206 işletmeden
elde edilen verilere LISREL 8.8. programı kullanılarak yol analizi yapılmıştır.
Tanımlayıcı istatistikler ile araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenirlik
analizlerinde SPSS 20.0 programından yararlanılmıştır. Yol analizi sonucunda,
organizasyonlarda bilgi yönetim yetenekleri ve girişimcilik stratejisi
geliştirme yeteneği arasındaki ilişki ampirik olarak kanıtlanmıştır.
