The articles to be sent to the journal go through the editorial examination first. The editor reviews the relevant work in terms of journal publication policy and basic methodology. In the event that the work submitted is approved by the editor, the author shall be kept confidential and sent to two referees. If one of the referees expresses a positive opinion and the other expresses a negative opinion, the study is sent to a third referee. The opinion of the third referee is decisive. The evaluation process is planned to be completed in 6-8 weeks. As a result of the evaluation, the works that are decided to be published are taken to the publication order.
