Studies submitted to Education Yansımaları are first reviewed by the editors of the journal. The editor(s) review the submitted manuscripts in terms of publication policy and methodology. Studies that receive editorial approval are sent to two referees, keeping the author and institutional information confidential. If one of the referees accepts the manuscript and the other rejects it, the manuscript is sent to the third referee. The third reviewer's opinion is decisive. The evaluation process is planned to be completed in 6-8 weeks. Author information of the studies in the evaluation process is kept confidential. The referees assigned to the evaluation process of the study must have at least a doctoral degree in the relevant field. The work that is decided to be published as a result of the evaluation is placed in the publication queue.
The typesetting process of the studies that are “accepted” for publication is carried out by our journal staff according to the journal writing rules. The completed manuscript is sent to the field editor and authors for final reading. At this stage, no scientific corrections can be made except for spelling errors and visual elements. If the authors request a scientific correction at this stage, the manuscript is re-evaluated. The purpose of this practice is to preserve the scientific structure agreed by the referees. The manuscripts approved by the field editor and the authors are published on the journal page under the name of early edition.
