Oğuzhan Aytar graduated from Selcuk University Department of Business Administration in 2006, at the same year he started his master education in Social Science Institute in Selcuk University and took Master of Business Administration Degree at the year of 2009. Before graduation he was hired by T.C. Ziraat Bank for the work of credit department for one year. After a short time, he left from bank and started to work as a academician in Department of Banking and Insurance at Karamanoglu Mehmetbey University. He started his doctorate education in Social Science Institute in Suleyman Demirel University in 2011. He completed his doctorate studies at the year of 2015. At the end of the 2015, he accepted as an Asst. Prof. by Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Business Administration. He is working as an Asst. Prof. at the same university now.

Tomasz Szablewski, since 2010 assistant professor in Poznań University of Life Science in Department of Food Quality and Safety Management (Poland). 2006 M.Sc. in food technology and human nutrition, specialisation: food biotechnology, Poznań University of Life Science, the Faculty of Food technology and Nutrition. 2006 Food Technology and Nutrition teaching, the Poznań University of Life Science. 2010 PhD in agricultural sciences in the field of food technology and nutrition, the Poznań University of Life Sciences, Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition.
Awarded six times with the PULS Rector awards for scientific accomplishments documented with publications. In 2012 awarded for scientific and teaching accomplishments with the award of the Members of The Faculty of Agricultural, Forestry and Veterinary Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences for Young, Active Researchers – Pro Scientia et Vitae. Received funds from several agencies, including: National Science Center, Poland.
I published more than 40 peer-reviewed scientific papers in different reputed/impacted journals. My major research focus on food quality and safety, particularly in screening of food hazards (pathogenic microorganisms, mycotoxins) and testing some bioactive molecules as natural preservatives isolated from eggs and different kind of spices.
I participates in research projects, makes publications in international journals like Bulletin of the Veterinary Institute in Pulawy, Poultry Science, European Food Research Technology, Annals of Agricultural and Environmental Medicine, Journal of Food Protection, Folia Biologica, Annals of Microbiology, Animals, Coatings, Molecules, World's Poultry Science Journal, LWT-Food Science and Technology, Annals of Animal Science, Italian Journal of Food Sciences, Czech Journal of Food Science and others.
