1- Editorial Board Evaluation (Form)
2- Structural Analysis (ISNAD and Plagiarism) (Form)
3- Referee Evaluation (Form)
4- Language Evaluation (Form)
5- Redaction
6- Typesetting / Editing
Editing your text by reviewing the relevant forms before uploading it to the system will make the publishing process fast and easy.
In addition, in the stages carried out by our journal (Editorial Board, Referee Evaluation and Language Control), the content of the studies is evaluated in accordance with the Research Methods and Techniques. For this reason, we have prepared an article content template.
Editing your work according to this template will make the publication process faster and easier.
We hope it will contribute to the quality of your work in terms of content.
In order to maintain the academic standards and integrity of our journal, we expect the texts to be organized by following the steps below. All steps should be applied in the ÖZ and the ABSTRACT sections as well as the entire article.
1. General idea or the background of the study
2. Clear statement of the problem / purpose
3. Literature review
4. The gap in the literature, how your work will contribute to the literature and solve the problem
5. Details of the path to be followed in the study
6. Conclusions and recommendations
Details of the steps:
1. Step: This section, which has the introductory sentence or paragraph, is the part where general idea containing the problem is presented to the reader. It should be limited to one sentence in the ÖZ, but it can be at the length of a paragraph in the introduction section. Writing this section unnecessarily long may overshadow the focus of the article, and the use of short but effective phrases is an important start to convince the reader of the importance of the topic.2. Step: A clear statement on the main problem and the significance of the problem should be made. In other words, a SPECIFIC PROBLEM within the general idea presented in the previous step, and why it is important to analyze it expressed. Similar to the previous step, this step should be limited to one sentence in the ÖZ and ABSTRACT sections.
3. Step: It is a summary of how the main problem is discussed in the literature.
• Has the problem been addressed directly?
• What are the discussions in the most influential and recent studies
• If the problem has not been addressed directly, what are the closest studies?
• Questions must be answered and the literature should be quoted appropriately.
4. Step: How will your work contribute to the literature?
• What gap in the literature will it fill?
• How is it original and new? These questions must be answered.
• This part is the part where you convince the reader of the ORIGINALITY and importance of your work.
5. Step: A detailed presentation of how your study contributes to the literature should be made in this step. While the previous steps are the introduction to your study, this step constitutes the main part. If you imagine the whole article, the first 4 steps are in the introduction of the article, and the following titles will constitute the body of the article. In this section, the theory, method, materials and process should be explained step by step in detail and examples should be presented. In other words, in the body part, the theoretical background of the article and which methods and materials will be used should be examined in detail. (Then, if it is necessary, information about the historical background of the subject can be given in a new title.) Following this, the examples of the application of the theory and method to the materials at hand should be presented under a new title. At least two examples must be submitted. Submitting three or more examples will strengthen the argument of the study.
In case of ÖZ and ABSTRACT, these sub-steps are summarized in one or two sentences or paragraphs depending on the situation, but never omitted.
6. Step: It is the conclusion of the study. The result and recommendations must be expressed clearly. The result should not be a summary of the study.
