- Special issues may be announced three times a year upon the request of the Editorial Board.
- The publication date of the special issue is determined by the decision of the Editorial Board.
- The evaluation period of articles submitted for the special issue cannot be less than four months.
- For special issues, a different editorial team may be formed by the Editorial Board other than the editorial team members of the issues published periodically.
- The publication language of special issues is determined by the Editorial Board.
- Ethical Policy, Financial Policy, Archive Policy, Plagiarism Policy and Referee Policy for special issues are the relevant policies determined by Hitit Journal of Theology for its periodic issues.
- Article acceptance dates for the special issue are determined by the decision of the Journal and the Issue Editor, if any.
