With its long-standing history and commitment to scholarly publishing, Hacettepe Journal of Mathematics and Statistics continues to serve as a valuable resource for researchers, academicians, and practitioners in the fields of Mathematics and Statistics.

Scope

Hacettepe Journal of Mathematics and Statistics covers a broad range of topics within Mathematics and Statistics, with an emphasis on research that bridges the two fields. We are particularly interested in papers that explore the interface between Mathematics and Statistics and their applications across various domains, including but not limited to Actuarial Sciences, Economics, Ecology, Finance, Genetics, and Physics.

Submissions to the Statistics Section that highlight real-world applications across a variety of disciplines are highly encouraged. We welcome innovative contributions in statistical methodology, especially those addressing emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence Techniques and Data Science. The journal also considers theoretical work if it is accompanied by practical applications or well-designed simulations. We also appreciate submissions related to statistical software such as R & Python that introduce new methods, extend existing techniques, or improve software tools. To ensure practical relevance, such papers should demonstrate their utility through real-world data or simulations.
