Author Rights

Harran University Journal of Engineering  is licensed with Creative Commons. Therefore, it has adopted the CC-BY-SA policy and accepts articles in accordance with this policy. In this context, the author;

1- Is the copyright owner.

As the author of a work, you own the copyright unless you transfer your copyright to someone else in a signed agreement. The author grants the journal the right to first publish the work. The work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution license, which allows others to share it, provided that the author is stated and the first publication is in this journal.

2- Can provide the work for use in other sources.

The author can make separate contract arrangements for the distribution of the version of the work published in the journal without giving full permission (for example, sending it to an institutional database or publishing it in a book).

3- Can share their work.

Authors are encouraged to share their work on the internet (for example, in an institutional database or on their own websites) before submitting it to the journal or while the submission process is ongoing; this can lead to both a productive exchange of ideas and earlier and greater citation of the work (see The Impact of Open Access).
