Dr. Gözde Kırlı Özer is a faculty member at Bursa Uludağ University, Faculty of Architecture. Having completed her PhD in Architecture in 2020, Dr. Kırlı Özer specializes in architecture and urban planning, urban sustainability, archaeological site conservation and architectural design.
Her work includes multidisciplinary approaches and offers scientific contributions in the fields of architecture, archaeology and urbanism. The author has published articles in many journals within the scope of SCI-Expanded and ESCI and has been awarded the Yılmaz Akkılıç Bursa Research Award for his academic studies. She has also presented papers at various national and international congresses and symposiums and is a scientific referee.
Dr. Kırlı Özer's research covers a wide range of topics such as cultural heritage conservation, faith tourism, layered urban textures and sustainable design approaches, and she has assumed leadership and coordination roles in projects in this field. He has also emphasized the importance of design studios in architectural education and developed innovative methods in this field.
Dr. Kırlı Özer is fluent in English and continues her scientific and social contributions through architectural design projects, workshops and publications.
Dr. Primož Jelušič is associate professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering and Architecture, University of Maribor, Slovenia. Primož Jelušič obtained his PhD in 2013 at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, University of Maribor, where he was employed as assistant in the field of Building Materials an assistant in the field of Geotechnics. Associate prof. dr. Primož Jelušič is involved in pedagogical and research work. His research is primarily focused on the optimization of structures and Geotechnics. Dr. Primož Jelušič constantly transfers gained knowledge into practice, through the education of students at home and abroad. Primož task is also to carry out the revision of civil engineering projects important for the community.
