Mersin University Journal of The Faculty of Education began to be published in 2005. It has been issued in three volumes (April, August and December) a year since 2012. The articles can be issued in Turkish or English in the Journal. All the volumes can be accessed online (from Archive).

It is indexed by DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), EBSCO, ULAKBİM – SBVT (Sosyal Bilimler Veri Tabanı), Sosyal Bilimler Atıf Dizini, and Turkish Education Index.

Once articles are published in the journal, the publishing rights belong to the journal. All articles published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license, which permits sharing by others.
