Open Researcher and Contributor ID (ORC-ID)

ORCID is a free digital ID that allows scientists to overcome the problems of name similarities, surname changes or Turkish characters and to gather all the works of authors under a single roof. ORC-ID is a 16-digit identifier conforming to the ISO Standard (ISO 27729), also known as the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI), which is a unique URL link. For example, https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4706-4170. The ORC-ID link links to the profile of the author represented on the ORC-ID website. All authors submitting publications to our journal are required to register for an individual ORCID for free at https://orcid.org/register and include their ORCID number in their manuscript.
