Copyright Transfer Form: Authors must submit the Copyright Transfer Form (available on the journal's WEB site) in PDF format with the publication when submitting their articles for publication. The transfer of copyright of the articles is done by filling out and signing the form on the journal's website. Submissions from authors who do not submit the signed Copyright Transfer Form will not be evaluated.

Submitted scientific articles should take into account the recommendations of the ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) and the International Standards for Editors and Authors of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).Each author is equally responsible for the article content. The articles sent for publication are first passed through the iThenticate® (Professional Plagiarism Prevention) software and then sent to the referees. The articles are checked with the iThenticate® program, if plagiarism or self-plagiarism is detected, the article will not be evaluated. The similarity must not be more than 15%, excluding references and including quotations.
Article Checklist Form: It is the form indicating that the text section of the work is accepted in accordance with the journal's spelling rules. “ Manuscript Checklist Form” should be filled in front of the text. You can access the form by clicking on the Checklist Form link. Submissions that do not comply with the journal format or the checklist is not filled in will not be evaluated.
Types of Publications
Necmettin Erbakan University Journal of Science and Engineering is a peer-reviewed and scientific journal and accepts articles in the fields of science and engineering, whose qualifications are explained below, in Turkish or English.
Research Article: These are the articles that reflect original research with its findings and results. The study must necessarily contribute to science.
Review Article: These are the articles that examine a sufficient number of scientific articles, summarize the subject at the level of today's knowledge and technology, evaluate and interpret the findings by comparing them.
Cover Letter A cover letter must be included with each manuscript submission.
The author(s) acknowledge that the submitted work complies with the PUBLICATION ETHICS and accept ethical responsibility for the manuscript. The recommendations of ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) and the International Standards of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) should be taken into consideration for the Editor and Authors. REVIEWERS: The author(s) may provide the names and e-mail addresses of three reviewers from at least two different universities. The author(s) may also submit the names of the reviewers they do not want to review their manuscripts. ABSTRACT
Please use 16-point bold for your article title, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns. Please margin the article title to the center. All the authors of a paper should include their full names, affiliations, and corresponding author email addresses. ORCID information is required for all authors. One author should be identified as the Corresponding Author. Please use one line for all author names and one line for all author information on the title page. An informative 11-point abstract (250 to 300 words) presenting the main points of the paper. Please include descriptive keywords (3 to 5). Capitalize the first letter of each keyword (e.g., Science education, Survey development).
Subdivision - sections
Introduction
Headings should be in capital letters, bold Times New Roman font, 11 pt. font size and 1cm indentation. A 12k space should be defined before the headings. Paragraphs should be in Times New Roman font, 11 point size. Paragraphs should start with a 1cm indent. Line spacing should be 1.15k. There should be a 6nk space above each paragraph. You can do these operations using the line spacing option. In the header of the page with the introduction, the name and abbreviation of the journal should be added. At the bottom of the page, there should be only the page number.
First Level Subheading
First level subheadings should be capitalized, bold, in Times New Roman font and 11-point font size. A 12k space should be defined before headings. Headings and paragraphs should start with a 1cm indent. Line spacing should be 1.15k. There should be a 6k space above each paragraph. You can do these operations using the line spacing option.
Second Level Subheading
Second-level subheadings should be capitalized, bold, italic, Times New Roman font and 11-point font size. A space of 12 spaces should be defined before headings. Headings and paragraphs should start with a 1cm indent. Line spacing should be 1.15k. There should be a 6k space above each paragraph. You can do these operations using the line spacing option.
Third Level Subheading
Third-level subheadings should be capitalized, italicized, in Times New Roman font and 11-point font size. A 12k space should be defined before headings. Headings and paragraphs should start with a 1cm indent. Line spacing should be 1.15k. There should be a 6k space above each paragraph. You can do these operations using the line spacing option.
Material and methods
Main headings should be in capital letters, bold Times New Roman font, 11 pt. and 1cm indentation. A 12k space should be defined before the headings. Paragraphs should be in Times New Roman font, 11 point size. Paragraphs should start with a 1cm indent. Line spacing should be 1.15k. There should be a 6nk space above each paragraph. You can do this by using the line spacing menu.
The table number and text should be placed above the table in bold. There should be no period at the end of the table number. The title of the table should be italicized and capitalized and placed on a separate line below the table number. There should be no vertical lines in the table and as few horizontal lines as possible.
The figure number and text should be placed in bold below the figure. A period should not be placed at the end of the figure number. The title of the figure should be italicized and capitalized and should be placed on a separate line below the figure number.

Cover Page
The title of the work should be written in capital letters, centered on the page, and the title should be appropriate to the text, short and clear. Formulas and abbreviations should be avoided in the title. Under the title, the name and surname, postal and e-mail addresses of the author or authors should be written, and the ORCID numbers (www.orcid.org) of the authors should be given. If an author has left the place where the work was done in the article, the Current Address and Permanent Address should be indicated in a footnote next to the author's name. The author's current address should remain in the main section as the address of the institution to which the author is affiliated. Footnotes should be numbered 1, 2, .... There should also be a corresponding author to be contacted at each stage of the publication process.

Chemical designations, abbreviations and acronyms (acronyms) must be given in brackets when they are used for the first time in the article. Known processes/reactions are to be named and provided with a corresponding reference to the literature.
SI Units (International System of Units) should be used. Imperial, US customary and other units should be converted to SI units whenever possible.
Each symbol and variable in the text is in italics; units, mathematical formulas and abbreviations normally; matrices and vectors should be written in bold. The variables in the diagram axes and table captions are to be specified as variable, eg as time t (s), potential E (mV), current density i (mA/cm2).
A detailed mathematical discussion should be given in the appendices. Equations and formulas should be written in an equation editor whenever possible. Equations are to be numbered consecutively in Arabic numerals in brackets on the right side of the page. It should be divded into terms in accordance with the notation of long equations.
REFERENCES
All sources cited should be included in this section. In the bibliography, the citations are listed in the order of the numbers in the text. Citations should be given in accordance with the journal format. Make sure that every reference mentioned in the text is also in the bibliography (and vice versa). Unpublished results and personal contacts are not recommended in the bibliography, but can be cited in the text. [1], [3], [5] etc. in brackets in the text. should be numbered and placed at the end of the text in the order in which they are given in the paper. If the author's name is to be mentioned, it should be referenced immediately after the author's name (Gemi et al. [5]), without the author's name, at the end of the sentence (... ..... preserved [4], [6]).
