Unlimited dissemination of research is particularly important for authors, readers, and funding bodies. The Necmettin Erbakan University Faculty of Law Journal has signed the Budapest Open Access Initiative. The publisher believes that for Open Access to work effectively, user rights and copyright ownership should be open through licensing.
