The copyright and publication rights of the author(s) are reserved.
The Copyright and Author Agreement Form must be signed with a blue pen and uploaded to the system as a PDF. The form can be filled out in separate copies by authors from different institutions. However, all signatures must be made with a blue pen and combined into a ONE PDF and uploaded to the system. Authors own the copyright of their work published in the journal and their work is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.

By submitting their work to the journal under the CC BY-NC license, authors are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. The copyright of the published article belongs to the author.

2. Authors authorize this Journal to publish the article and identify themselves as the original publisher.

3. Authors grant any third party the right to freely use the article as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.

4. Nothing in this license violates or restricts an author's right to maintain the integrity and ownership of their work.
5. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.
All articles published by the journal since its 45th (2017) issue are open access.
