Emir Ozeren is an Associate Professor of management and organisation studies in the Faculty of Tourism at Dokuz Eylul University. He has a double major degree in business administration and international relations at the undergraduate level. He earned his PhD in management with “excellent cum laude” from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Italy. He did his post-doc studies as a Research Fellow (2017-2018) at the Southampton Business School, Southampton University, the UK within the framework of an international research project supported by the British Council Newton Fund. Since 2018, he has been affiliated as a member of the research group in the Centre for Inclusive and Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CISEI) at the University of Southampton, UK. Dr.Emir Ozeren has published widely on comparative and interdisciplinary aspects of sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination, and LGBTQ+ issues in tourism and organisations. His research has appeared in a number of scholarly outlets including the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Services Marketing, and Journal of Organizational Change Management. His current research interests include equality, diversity, inclusion in the workplace, queer and critical management studies, organisational silence and behaviour, social sustainability, sociology of work and tourism, and qualitative research methods.
Dr. Sıddık Bozkurt is an Associate Professor of Marketing in the Department of Business Administration at Osmaniye Korkut Ata University. His research interests range from customer behavior to social media agility.
