Excluding Certain Reviewers from the Evaluation Process
The author/authors can specify the arbitrators to whom they do not want their manuscript to be sent on the grounds of conflict of interest or ethical grounds.
In addition, the editor does not send reviews to arbitrators in the following positions:
• The author/authors have previously published a joint work,
• Previously helped in preliminary readings of the author's/authors' work,
• The author/authors are known to have had problems before,
• Will benefit financially from the publication of the study,
• Working in the same institution (same department in universities) with the author.
Withdrawal
Authors/authors can withdraw their unpublished manuscripts during the evaluation process.
Objections to reviewer reports and editorial board decisions
The author/authors have the right to object to reviewer reports and editorial decisions at any time and under any circumstances. In these and similar cases, the author/authors are requested to notify their objections with their justifications. The Editorial Board may initiate a new evaluation process if deemed necessary in cases of objection.
Publishing the Article
We encourage authors to use or refer to the final, definitive version of their article on their personal or institutional web sites as soon as it becomes available. Authors also have the choice of posting the PDF version of their articles as well as a link to the PDF version hosted on Journal’s web site. Authors may post a copy of their articles on their personal or institutional web site or share it on personal social media pages.
Reusing the Published Articles
The copyright of the published articles and evaluations belongs to TESAM Center for Economic, Political and Strategic Research. However, authors certainly have the right to republish their articles, in whole or in part, in any book, article, or other scholarly work, provided that they give credit to Turkish Journal of TESAM Academy. Authors can request permission to reuse their articles as described in the Copyright Transfer Form. For uses or for questions please consult the Editor at

Erratum
Due to material errors in the editorial process or in the publication process, the author may request an erratum for the problematic parts of his/her work in the first issue to be published or for information errors caused by him/her.
