Regulation of Copyright

All publication rights of the articles accepted for publication at the end of the referee evaluation process belong to TESAM Economic, Political and Strategic Research Center. No copyright fees are paid for the published articles.

The author(s) of the work whose applications are accepted for publication in our journal are required to declare that they transfer the right to make editorial corrections in the article to be published to Journal of TESAM Academy with the copyright agreement they will sign.

In case the article sent for publication in our journal has not been published elsewhere or is not currently in the evaluation process for publication, and in case the articles sent for evaluation are accepted for publication, the "Copyright Transfer Agreement"  regarding the acceptance that all publication rights belong to TESAM Economic, Political and Strategic Research Centre indefinitely must be filled in and signed and sent to the journal publication commission.

Articles submitted to TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal and articles published or accepted for publication are also licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International

Open Access Policy

According to Budapest Open Access Initiative “open access” means free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. The only constraint on reproduction and distribution and the only role for copyright in this domain should be to give authors control over the integrity of their work and the right to be properly acknowledged and cited.

TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal has adopted the policy of providing open access in line with the principle of increasing the global exchange of information and creating beneficial results for humanity. TESAM ACADEMY Refereed Journal is an "open access" journal whose content is open to all users, freely / free of charge. Users can read, download, distribute, print out and link to the articles in full text without permission from the publisher and author(s).

The open access policy of our journal is in line with the rules of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
