Amaç ve Kapsam

Karadeniz Araştırmaları Enstitüsü’nün yayın organı olan KAREN, bilimsel normlara ve bilim etiğine uygun nitelikli ve özgün çalışmaları titizlikle değerlendirerek, Karadeniz Havzasına ait sosyal bilimlerin alt alanlarında özgün araştırma makaleleri yayımlamak amacıyla ortaya çıkmış hakemli bir dergidir.

KAREN Karadeniz Havzasının Antropoloji, Arkeoloji, Tarih, Sanat tarihi, Kültür, Dil, Edebiyat, Felsefe, Eğitim, Müzikoloji, Psikoloji ve Sosyoloji alanları gibi sosyal bilimlerin tüm alt alanlarında bilimsel konu ve sorunları irdeleyen ve bu konularda çözüm önerileri getiren özgün, ulusal ve uluslararası araştırma makaleleri yayımlayan hakemli bir dergidir.
