Etik İlkeler ve Yayın Politikası

• Yayımlanmak üzere KAREN’e gönderilen çalışmalar daha önce yayımlanmamış veya yayımlanmak üzere başka bir yere gönderilmemiş olmalıdır.

• Çalışmalarda ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) tavsiyeleri ile CO-PE (Committee on Publication Ethics)’un editör ve yazarlar için uluslararası standartları dikkate alınmalıdır.

• Bilimsel araştırma ve yayın etiği ilkelerine uygunluk durumu, Üniversitelerarası Kurul Bilimsel Araştırma ve Yayın Etiği Yönergesi’nin 4. maddesi, TÜBİTAK Araştırma ve Yayın Etiği Kurulu Yönetmeliği’nin 9. maddesi ve Yükseköğretim Kurulu Bilimsel Araştırma ve Yayın Etiği Yönergesi’nin 6. maddesinde yer alan hükümler çerçevesinde değerlendirilmektedir.

• “Etik Kurul Kararı” gerektiren klinik ve deneysel insan ve hayvanlar üzerindeki çalışmalar için etik kurul onayı alınmış olmalı ve bu onay çalışmada belirtilerek belgelendirilmelidir.
