Ethics Committee Approval

For articles containing quantitative/qualitative field research, "ethics committee approval" must be uploaded as an additional file.

It is mandatory according to the article "For research conducted in all branches of science, including social sciences, and for clinical and experimental studies on humans and animals that require an ethics committee decision, separate ethics committee approval must be obtained, and this approval must be stated and documented in the article" in the TR Index 2020 Criteria.

Additional File

Fill out the Author Information Form provided in the system during the application and upload it to the "Additional File" section. Record the file name as "identity information". Author rankings must be compatible with the ranking you specified in the system.

Scientific Ethics Compliance Form

After filling out and signing the Scientific Ethics Compliance Form presented during the file upload stage, upload it in pdf, .jpg, or .png format.

Similarity Report

Works with an overall similarity rate of over 15% and/or a similarity rate of over 3% from a single source will not be evaluated in Bezgek Journal of Teaching Turkish to Foreigners.

The iThenticate report you will upload should include “Exclude Bibliography: ON, Exclude Quotes: OFF, Exclude Matches: OFF.”

In the Prelimitary Control and Evaluation Stage

During the preliminary control stage, complete the requests of the Proofreader within 7 days at the latest and upload them to the system.

Prepare and send the changes to be made in line with the referee requests and demands within 15 days at the latest.

If the changes you will make in line with the referee requests and demands will take more than 15 days, contact the editor in this regard.
