Peer Review Process

The article evaluation process is initiated after the article is uploaded to the journal. After the article uploaded to the journal is pre-reviewed by the journal editorial team, the refereeing process is initiated with the decision of the editors.

All articles submitted to the journal are evaluated by at least two referees with the principle of blind refereeing (double-blinding method).

Studies submitted to the journal are submitted to the evaluation of at least two referees with the decision of the Editorial Board. The Editorial Board may have more than two referees review the manuscript when deemed necessary. Two referees from the referee pool are assigned to an article whose referee process is initiated. As a result of the evaluations of these two referees, the article is prepared for publication if both referees decide that it can be published. If one of the two referees has a positive and the other a negative opinion, the article is sent to a third referee. If the article is deemed publishable by the third referee, it is taken into the publication process; if it is not deemed publishable, it is returned to the author. The final decision regarding the study to be published is made by the Editorial Board, taking into account the opinion of the majority of the referees. The management of the journal has the right to make corrections in the submitted articles, to publish or not to publish the articles.
