Archiving and Data Distribution Policy
The editor ensures that all published works are securely stored in the archive. Articles published in Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology are sent to electronic archives in accordance with open access conditions and made fully accessible without any action by the authors.
The author or the supporting institution may upload a copy of the article approved for publication to archive sites. The author licence of Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology permits the reuse of the article only for non-commercial purposes, provided that the source of the article is cited. For commercial use, permission from the authors is required.

In line with its policy of supporting the dissemination of research results, the publisher of Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology (e-ISSN: 2458-9071) is pleased to announce its archival policy.
• Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology allows authors to archive their articles on their personal website or a similar platform. It also allows the use of a version of the final published version of an article (publisher pdf) for archiving in an institutional environment after publication.
• Authors may self-store their published articles in publicly accessible media and/or commercial archives. Although there is no embargo period, the published source must be cited and a link to the journal home page or the DOI number of the articles must be included.
• The printout of the article can be downloaded as a PDF document by the authors. Authors can share copies of the article with anyone they wish without any restrictions.
• Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology allows any version of the articles (submitted version, accepted version, published version). They will be stored in the institution or other archive of the author's choice without any restriction.
• Selçuk University Journal of Studies in Turcology utilises the LOCKSS system for the permanent preservation of archives. Based at Stanford University Libraries, the LOCKSS Programme provides libraries and publishers with access to permanent and authorised digital content by offering award-winning, low-cost, open source digital preservation tools. The LOCKSS Programme is a library-managed digital preservation system built on the principle of "securing large numbers of copies". The LOCKSS Programme develops and supports libraries using open source end-to-end digital preservation software.

All expenses of our journal are covered by Selçuk University.
