Yousef Methkal Abd Algani born in Nahif, Israel, June 2, 1981. He graduated from the Department of Software Engineering, Technion in 2002, and graduated B.Sc. on Mathematics and Computer Science in 2008, Haifa Uni', Israel. Furthermore, graduated M.Sc. on mathematics and Computer Science with a thesis in the field of Algebraic Topology, Haifa Uni', Israel, in 2012. He completes his Teaching Certificate, and in addition to a Certificate on Measurement and Evaluation in Education in Oranim Collage. Worked as a lecturer in Sakhnin College for Teacher Education, in the Department of Mathematics, Sakhnin, not only, but also a lecturer in The Arab Academic College for Education in Isreal, in the Department of Mathematics, Haifa. Currently, he is a student for Ph.D in mathematics Education. He participated in several international conferences, and he published a 9 articles in the field of Mathematics and Mathematics Education in English.

Dr. Amal Sharif-Rasslan earned her B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematics and mathematics education from the Technion Institute, Haifa, Israel. She is the head of the Mathematics Department and M.Ed. program for mathematics education at the Academic Arab College in Haifa, Israel.
She is involved in and has published articles and books in a variety of fields of research, including: 1) elementary mathematics, elementary combinatorics, and proofs without words; 2) advanced mathematical thinking, the development of the number concept historically versus developmentally, and decision making among preschool children; 3) innovative digital pedagogy and the use of computerized models in teaching mathematics; and 4) developing mathematical models for medical studies in the field of cardiology. Dr. Mehmet Başaran is a postdoctoral researcher at the STEM Education Center, University of Minnesota. He also serves as an Associate Professor at Gaziantep University’s Faculty of Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. He completed his Ph.D. at Gaziantep University, focusing on the applicability of the STEM approach in preschool education, and holds an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction with a Teaching Certificate from İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University. During his master’s, he had a short visit to the University of Cambridge for the PGCSE Secondary Mathematics program. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Hacettepe University.
Dr. Başaran’s research interests lie in the areas of STEM program development, teacher education, and international schools, with a particular focus on early childhood STEAM education. He has made significant contributions through his work on computational thinking, coding skills assessment, and project-based learning for preschool children. His expertise is reflected in his involvement with several prestigious journals.
He has held visiting professor positions at various universities, including Zielona Gora University in Poland, Hasan Kalyoncu University, and Jordan University, reflecting his international experience in education. Furthermore, Dr. Başaran has been actively engaged in numerous national and international research projects, securing grants from prominent organizations such as the European Union and TÜBİTAK. His ongoing projects focus on STE²AM education, the integration of digital tools in early education, and the development of innovative teaching methods.
In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Başaran is the founder of Dünyatek Bilişim Teknoloji A.Ş., a company dedicated to information technology solutions. His numerous awards, including the 2023 Science Award from Gaziantep University and TÜBİTAK recognition, underscore his leadership in educational research and innovation.
Dr. Payne is an Assistant Professor at the Science and Mathematics Teaching Center at the University of Wyoming, working with professional learning for mathematics teachers across the state. She also supervises the middle level mathematics master’s program at UW. She previously taught middle and high school, working with students at all grade levels and provided professional learning for gifted teachers through the Belin-Blank Center (University of Iowa).
Anna has presented at numerous conferences at the state, national, and international levels on gifted and mathematics education.
Anna's research interests are in the areas of mathematical giftedness and creativity, as well as working with twice exceptionality in the classroom.
He received his bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees at Gazi University with studies on mathematics teaching. He worked as a Mathematics teacher at the Ministry of National Education for 20 years. Half of this time was spent providing mathematics and project consultancy to gifted students. He works in areas such as mathematics education, gifted students, basic education, classroom education, inclusive education, problem solving and mathematics stories. Currently, He teaches mathematics at Kahramanmaraş Sütçü İmam University, Faculty of Education, Department of Basic Education, Classroom Education.
