All human research (interviews, questionnaires and surveys) must be approved by a university institute before data collection begins. The data collection process can then commence once the necessary ethics committee approval has been granted. Please be advised that submission of ethics committee approval for your article is a mandatory requirement for consideration for publication in our journal. Furthermore, the name of the ethics committee, the date and the number should be indicated on the specified page of the article. Please refer to page 7 for more details (see page 7).

If the ethics committee approval is not required for the article, the reason for this must be clearly stated in this section. In addition, the author must sign the ISTJ Declaration of No Need for Ethics Committee Approval Form, which confirms that the article does not require the ethics committee approval.
