Engin Bağış Öztürk is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the Dokuz Eylül University (Turkey) since 2013. He completed his Ph.D. in Business Administration at Dokuz Eylül University (Turkey). He also completed his post-doc in the Department of Psychology at the University of Maryland. His primary research interests are organizational behavior with a special focus on cross-cultural management, HRM, and trust.
